Tools for a Gender-Equal Social Economy | Coop4Equality Final Online Conference

How can we translate the idea that 'gender matters' into practical tools that can effect change in programmes, funding, support structures, and everyday practice within the social economy? This recording documents the final online conference of the Erasmus+ project, Cooperation for a Gender-Equal Social Economy (Coop4Equality). Over 36 months, the Coop4Equality partnership worked across Europe to identify instances of gender bias in the social economy and to explore ways in which social entrepreneurship ecosystems can become more gender-aware, inclusive and collaborative. The project brought together research, training, practical tools and peer-learning formats to support social entrepreneurs, incubators, accelerators, mentors, coaches, universities, policymakers, funders and support organisations. At this conference, we present the project's key outcomes, including the five Coop4Equality handbooks and selected tools that can be used directly within organisations and support programmes.
