How to Make LEMON LOAF CAKE using a BOX CAKE MIX & simple hacks | Starbucks inspired Recipe

Try this super soft and moist lemon loaf, a classic Starbucks lemon loaf copycat! Ingredients used For the Cake 1 box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix 1 3.4oz pk instant lemon pudding mix 4 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter 1/2 cup whole milk at room temp 1/2 cup sour cream 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp lemon extract Zest of 1-2 lemons For the Lemon glaze : 2 cups powder sugar 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Mix the cake batter as directed in the video and Bake in a greased loaf pan @ 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry. Prepare the frosting as instructed. Allow the cake to cool down completely before pouring the glaze.
