Creamy Milk Chocolate Fudge
This is another fudge recipe this time using evaporated milk. The recipe will need to be stirred through the whole cooking process in order to not burn to the bottom of the pot. DO NOT STIR DURING COOLING PROCESS - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Here are the ingredients used: 3 cups sugar 1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa or 2/3 for dark chocolate 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 12 ounce can of evaporated milk (1 1/2 cups= 12 ounces 1/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup of pecan pieces or your choice of nuts Thanks for watching.
