Made in the USA, forged from 1095 high carbon steel, and backed by the best warranty in the biz, the ESEE's Candiru has all the trappings of another blockbuster knife from this widely respected manufacturer of outdoor blades. I take you through the basics and also get a little heavy on "philosophy" and my personal experiences with the knife (but hopefully it's entertaining and useful). Finally we get into a discussion on price, value, and how this knife stacks up with other blades in the ESEE lineup -- namely the Izula and Izula II.
