This is my new updated upper body routine for my first upper body session of the week. I’ve noticed the most growth with these exercises so I have created the perfect routine for me specifically that’ll help me towards my growth during this bulk. The main take away is lift heavy, slow and controlled movements, and be safe!!! Make sure you do your stretching before you begin!
