Bending violin ribs | Making the Guaneri 'del Gesu' Vieuxtemps violin part 9
In this part I am bending the ribs on a bending form with a silicone hating blanket. My hope is that I will be able to make the rib bending process more accurate than traditional methods. Next I glue the ribs into the corner blocks that already have been glued into the mold. I then glue in the linings for the top. / twocherriesinstruments www.twocherriesinstruments.com www.instagram.com/twocherriesinstruments / twocherriesinstruments
