ASM 2022 Event - Pokemon Heart Gold - any% Manipless Speedrun

This is a speedrun I performed for the AusSpeedruns Marathon in 2022. Manipless categories are fantastic for marathons and races, and having done the glitchless version last year I decided to follow it up with this one. An incredibly fun category with some fantastic strats, very happy I was able to give this a good commentated run, complete with some top shelf marathon moments.
