MTG Marneus Calgar CEDH Light Commander Deck Tech on a $200 Budget

Each week we get an additional $100 to enhance our decks. I decided to go with Marneus Calgar as my commander because of the colors and the card draw/token generation outlet on him. There are a few ways to go infinite mana and with infinite mana and your commander you can play your entire deck and win the game on the spot in most situations. This deck is full of combos and is more of a CEDH light than your typical friendly EDH deck.
