Overnight in Slovenia's Famous Glass Survival Shelter (Bivak Pod Skuto)

Imagine sleeping in a glass hut 2000 high up a mountain... Once I knew this little mountain hut existed, it went on my bucket list. Bivak Pod Skuto is not an easy hut to get to. Nestled high in the Slovenian Alps, it's not sign posted and the trail is hard to follow. We stayed overnight at this bivak and planned a summit push to Turska Gora the next day - an amazing Alpine experience.
