Understanding Tai Chi: Regulating the Body
Regulating the body is one of the five regulatings (or coordinatings) involved in the process learning Tai Chi (Taiji) and other Qigong. The five regulatings are body, breath, mind, Qi, and spirit. This video covers the goal of linking the body together from the root at the bottoms of the feet to the tips of the fingers. It is an edited excerpt of an on-line class streamed July 14, 2020, during the COVID quarantine. I gained this knowledge, as with most of my knowledge of Taiji and Qigong, from my teacher, Yang, Jwing Ming.
