Como sombrear o café desde o início.

Originating from the highland forests of Kafa in Ethiopia, at an altitude of 1800m, coffee grows spontaneously in the shade of large trees. The forests of Ethiopia are fundamental to the preservation of the species. Centuries of wild growth and almost undisturbed evolution have produced around 5,000 varieties of coffee. Coffee plants are part of the delicately balanced forest ecosystem in Kafa. Commercial varieties retain only a tiny fraction of the species' genetic variability. In this film, we present some suggestions on how to create shade for coffee from the moment of planting, seeking to imitate the original forests where coffee originated.
