Since I started exploring these recovery boots, the market has grown exponentially and now includes several great brands. These compression recovery systems are designed to increase blood flow and decrease lactic acid via pneumatic compression, getting you back to training and competing as fast as possible. My goal in this video was to create an objective comparison between these popular devices. This list is by no means all-encompassing and by no means the perfect ranking. In fact, there's some of these devices that I would actually put higher and/or move around if I were making a subjective list based on my personal preferences (one example of this would be ranking the Rapid Reboot REGEN higher). That being said, I do think this list helps distinguish some of the most valuable devices in terms of what you get overall and should serve as an initial guide for anyone looking to start their search for a compression massage device such as these.
