Our customer had just purchased his vehicle with a brand new engine and, after only a month of use, had requested a cylinder head gasket replacement due to constant coolant loss. We began removing the top cover, the cylinder head gasket, and our technicians discovered that the cylinder head studs were loose during removal, causing the cylinder head gasket to overheat. We informed the owner of the developments, and he agreed to do whatever was necessary, so the process proceeded at full speed. We also detected a fault with the vehicle's diesel fuel injectors and handed the injectors and pump overhaul to our technicians. Our technicians then successfully completed the cylinder head grinding and overhaul and returned it to us. All missing parts were sourced, and our engine assembly was completed. We returned the vehicle to the owner without any problems.
