2003 Yamaha 90 HP Outboard Won't Rev-up passed 2,500 RPM! FiX

2003 Yamaha 90 HP Outboard Won't Rev-up passed 2,500 RPM! Has Good: Spark, Compression, Fuel and Clean Carbs... The fix to this problem was a bad fuel pump diaphragm that was Flooding out the #3 cylinder. Plus the 2 stroke oil tank level sender was bad and putting this motor into limp mode you can try unplugging the sensor from the main engine harness the Pink Wire and see if that will fix your issue. Total Fix was fuel pump, and an oil level sensor for the oil tank.
