If I can catch only 0.2% of their halal tourism - a huge market. The market is small, but absolutely blue ocean. No competitors. First resort - next to Murchison Falls National Park, on the banks of the Nile River. 9 acres of land already taken. //.\\ Why in Africa? Here, the entire capital of the investment is recovered in 8-10 years. In Bangladesh, it takes 26-30 years. The population here will double in the next 25 years. I bought our land a year and a half ago - the price has doubled immediately after the road was built. The land business will increase. //.\\ This is a 25-year project, Alhamdulillah. If the entire company becomes a top brand in 2050, I will sell it with assets - the entire money will be returned in share ratio. IPO plan in 2030-32, annual dividend starting from 2028.
