[STAN] Inauguration du nouveau Trolley de Nancy !

Le TVR est mort, vive le trolley ! Le 12 mars 2023, l'ancien tram sur pneus de Nancy faisait ses adieux. 2 ans après, son remplaçant est enfin arrivé, et c'est peu dire qu'il était très attendu !
