Maithili Thakur is one of the Youngest elected representative in India. She comes from Mithila region where 80-90% of world's total Makhana is produced. Super food Makhana is mainly found in Mithila Region of Bihar. The farming of Makhana is very tough, farmers of makhan dive into water to collect the seeds of makhana.
