Границы формальной логики

1) Logic as a form of thinking. 2) Linguistic reflection. 3) The 2nd law of logic. The law of non-contradiction. 4) Dialectics. The law of identity promotes precision and certainty in thinking. The second law of logic determines the consistency of thought. The laws of logic, like logic itself, operate within certain frameworks. For example, in the first law of logic (identity), such a framework is the proposition that one word has only one lexical meaning. The second law of logic (contradiction) states that two contradictory judgments cannot both be true at the same time, in the same respect. P.S. The framework within which the second law of logic operates is highlighted. However, two contradictory judgments cannot both be true in formal logic. In dialectics, such a phenomenon occurs and is called an antinomy. An antinomy is a situation in which contradictory statements about the same object have logically equal justification, and their truth or falsity cannot be justified within the accepted paradigm. This is a contradiction between recognized equally valid propositions, or, in other words, a contradiction between several laws. Linguistic reflection is a thought process aimed at self-knowledge and an analysis of the characteristics of one's speech. There are two antinomies in law: equality and segregation. Law simultaneously equalizes and segregates (separates). Thus, the two judgments are contradictory, yet true. Logic operates in the here and now. Logic is true and precise, but it has its limits. Dialectics is a departure from formal logic. During the seminar, the instructor presented the topic clearly, provided numerous examples, and allowed students to ask questions.
