🧄Harvesting and Curing Garlic on the Farm in Japan | Family Visit from the US & Canada
Fresh garlic harvest season is here! 🧄🌿 In this video, we spend the day curing freshly harvested garlic by laying it out to dry. Curing is an important step. It allows the outer layers and necks of the garlic to dry properly, helping improve flavor, extend storage life, and prevent spoilage. This video is special because family members from the United States and Canada came to visit us here in Japan. They joined us on the farm and helped us with the garlic curing and also with the onions. Watch that on my next video. There's nothing better than sharing farm life, good conversations, and family memories in the countryside. After a productive day in the fields, we're preparing for a family barbecue gathering—but we'll save that for another video! Join us as we harvest, cure garlic, and enjoy a wonderful day with family on the farm. 👍 Like the video if you enjoy farm life and gardening 💬 Leave a comment if you grow garlic or have experience curing your own harvest 🔔 Subscribe and turn on notifications for more farm life videos from Japan Thanks for joining us on the farm! 🌿🧄❤️ #garlicharvest #GarlicCuring #farmlifejapan #farmlifejapan #familyfarm #japanesecountryside #homesteadlife #lifeinjapan #harvestseason #farmvlog #filipinoinjapan
