Our outbound leg cost just £39 each, and we got to travel from the heart of London directly to central Rotterdam by high-speed train, with no airport chaos, no baggage drama, and no long transfers from distant airports. In this video, we show you exactly what the journey is like, from boarding at St Pancras to arriving in Rotterdam, and the return trip home! Neither of us had taken the Eurostar before, and we were seriously impressed. Even with these budget tickets, we found: Comfortable seats with good legroom, huge windows and great countryside views, smooth travel through England, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and all wrapped up in a relaxed, stress-free environment!
