Day out in Northamptonshire (Summary Video) | Thursday 20th February 2020

Thursday 20th February, departing home at 5:10am, and returning at 10:30pm, a long, but incredibly worth it day out. Starting off with Avanti West Coast 6:16 service to Manchester Piccadilly from London Euston, we took the train for one stop to Milton Keynes Central, before jumping on the first 7:25 X6 service to Northampton Bus Station. And that was the start of what would be an amazingly fun, joyous and banterous day out across Northamptonshire. From Northampton Bus Station, to Kettering and Wellingborough, Northamptonshire is full of amazingly thrashy routes, with great buses in them too, not to mention the only batch of OmniDekkas Stagecoach have! And the X routes don't fail to not entertain, minus X7 when you get a boring Enviro300. Nonetheless, this video is jam-packed with my day across the network, of buses, new and old, and casual unpredictable British weather. Getting the last 7:54 X6 back to Northampton, before getting on a Class 221 Voyager on the 21:04 (which arrived at 21:13) was our way home back to London Euston, and the end of the great day.
