I have the ultimate solution for you! ✨ Today we're making some super soft, quick, and protein-packed bagels together, thanks to the magic ingredient: Greek yogurt! No complicated dough or endless waiting—just mix everything together, shape them, and bake. For an even more rustic and fragrant result, I used a special blend of flours from Azienda Agricola Bittarelli in Castiglione del Lago. This basic dough is incredibly versatile: once baked, these bagels are perfect for fillings, whether savory (perhaps with salmon and cream cheese!) or sweet for breakfast. 🛒 INGREDIENTS: 200 g flour (I mixed "Type 2 Bologna" flour and "Mix for Bread and Pizza" flour from Bittarelli farm) 150 g Greek yogurt 5 g instant yeast 1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste Milk to taste (for brushing the surface) Various seeds (poppy, flax, pumpkin) 🍳 COOKING TIME: Air fryer: 180°C for 13-15 minutes (my favorite option, super fast!)
