CABBAGE PICKLE

Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Cabbage pickle is a spicy condiment with any meal. This is quick and easy to prepare. Traditionally Indian meals are not complete without it. INGREDIENTS: Cabbage(grated) 1 cup Roasted fenugreek powder ½ tsp Cumin powder ½ tsp Red chilly powder 1 ½ tsp Salt To taste Garlic(crushed) 5 cloves Lime 1 nos Oil 4-5 tsp Mustard seeds ½ tsp Cumin seeds ½ tsp Curry leaves 1 spring METHOD: 1. Take a bowl, add grated cabbage, roasted fenugreek powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, salt, crushed garlic, lime juice and mix nicely. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and saute it, later transfer into cabbage mixture bowl and nicely. 3. Now cabbage pickle is ready to serve.
