Touhou 9: Phantasmagoria of Flower View - Cirno (No Commentary)

Cirno at first appeared to be, basically, an idiot, but at closer look she actually realized not only that there was something strange about the flowers early on but also that a similar event happened 60 years ago before anyone else figured that part out (even characters that had been around 60 years ago). Maybe that has something to do with being a fairy, since all the fairies were becoming more active because of the flowers. She just doesn't seem to care about why it's happening, and instead chose to enjoy herself while she can between bumping into the other heroines. (Long story intro you got there...) Cirno is a little difficult to play as, not because she's really lacking stat wise but rather she doesn't bring much to the table ability wise. Her scope pops out almost instantly with it's speed but it covers such a small area you have to fight defensively to use it at all. From there her ability is that spirits take longer to self destruct. Couple all that with the fact that her charge shot just spreads out in all directions and is very weak, this will force you to play on your own skills rather than relying on any special power to give you an edge. Oh also, Cirno's level 2 and 3 charge shots...they make the bullets on your side freeze and change direction too...keep that in mind...
