Sound System Dance at the Monument to the Revolution with Sonido Yambao 🇲🇽🔥 MEXICO MAKES HISTORY AND THE PEOPLE CELEBRATE TO THE RHYTHM OF CUMBIA SONIDERA! 🔥🇲🇽 This time we experienced an unforgettable night exploring some of Mexico City's most important landmarks: the Monument to the Revolution, the Angel of Independence, and the streets of the Historic Center, where thousands of Mexicans came out to celebrate the Mexican National Team's victory in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. ⚽🇲🇽 More than 10,000 people gathered with flags, green jerseys, chants, and a lot of excitement to celebrate a historic moment for Mexican soccer. Entire families, fans of all ages, and music lovers transformed the streets of Mexico City into a true street party. But this celebration had something very special… the flavor of the neighborhood and the joy of sound system culture. 🎶🔥 We had the pleasure of experiencing this celebration alongside Sonido Llambao, led by Juan Duarte, one of the leading sound system operators in Iztapalapa. He shared with us what it means to bring tropical music and cumbia to a party where the entire country unites for a single passion: Mexico. Juan Duarte tells us about the excitement of being present at these massive events, seeing people dance, and demonstrating that the sound system movement remains a fundamental part of Mexican culture.
