TS-419A/U 900-2100MHz pulse generator 1950 test teardown

I best guess is it is from about 1950 please comment if you know any better, Military Signal Corps 115V only there is only ONE transformer primary winding, so it was intentionally made for usa ONLY. it was made by Collins in USA Iowa. 22 tubes, it uses 170-180Watt, mine is quite stable and acurate from 900-2100MHz frequency dial is spot on most of the way. I think my signal sensor or signal level feedback is not working, and also I dont have any modulation, only CW works fine.
