On the other hand, the medical team at INCA (Brazilian National Cancer Institute) has also requested the same exam internally, but without a defined date yet. Should I go outside or wait for INCA? I'll be completely open about the risks, deadlines, and bureaucracy of the healthcare system. To balance things out, I also have some exciting news: my brother, who will be my bone marrow donor, is already arriving in Rio de Janeiro to prepare for his first major consultation and screening at INCA.
