Iphone 12 pro - face id repair (flex broke)

If you want to replace a broken or damaged Face ID flex cable with a new one, you must also remove the two components from the old or damaged/broken flex cable. Otherwise, Face ID will not function, even if the new flex cable is sold complete with both Face ID sensor components.
