Lenovo ThinkPad T480s Review
Lisa Gade reviews the Lenovo ThinkPad T480s slim 14” business Ultrabook with Intel 8th gen Kaby Lake R quad core i5 and i7 processors. This is the slimmer and lighter alternative to the ThinkPad T480, and it’s less expensive (though similar to) the ThinkPad X1 Carbon. It’s available with IPS full HD (touch and non-touch) and WQHD displays, an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD, up to 24GB DDR4 RAM and Intel UHD 620 graphics. NVIDIA MX150 dedicated graphics is listed as optional, though we haven’t seen that model for sale yet. 4G LTE is optional, and the laptop has Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C, HDMI, Ethernet and a full size SD card slot. Pricing starts around $1,358 for a nicely equipped model.
