Accept. Act. Adapt. | Mental health webinar

At St Patrick's Mental Health Services (SPMHS), our Accept. Act. Adapt. campaign encourages a future where #mentalhealth is accepted without stigma, and where people take action for their mental health and adapt to support good mental health in their daily lives. The webinar brings together a panel of experts, including people with lived experiences, for conversations about: accepting your own experiences of mental health and understanding how stigma can act as a barrier to seeking mental health support. taking action to support your mental health - whether it’s reaching out to a friend or family member, your GP or seeking more specialised supports. exploring resources and tools that everyone can use in their daily lives to support their mental health and maintain #recovery. Speakers include Paul Gilligan, our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) here in SPMHS; Paul Fearon, our Medical Director; Gary Kiernan, Chair of our Service User and Supporters Council (SUAS); and Aoife Cullinane, expert by experience.
