Better foamcore game inserts - Black Masking Tape!
Whether using a craft knife or laser cutter, ditch that glue gun and get some Black Masking Tape! Awesome trick to make your inserts much stronger and better looking. The trick is to use a slot and tab system along with the black masking tape rather than just glue the edges of the foam core. This is 5mm foam core and thhe software I use is called lightburn which ireally just a vector editor. You could do the same with GIMP and print a template rather than cut it - I’m just lucky enough to run a laser cutting business so have access to this awesome tool! It’s been a while since I posted a video and I’ve taken suggestions from other videos on how to improve my sound and video quality so I’d love to hear what you guys think! Upgrades for your favourite board and card games can be purchased through my online shop at tabletopupgrades.co.uk and tabletopupgrades.etsy.com
