ZEIST: Could this be a safe cycling model for other suburbs?

In this ride-along video, I very briefly explore the city of Zeist, a bedroom community a short ride from Utrecht, before meeting up with friends for lunch, and frankly, I'm pretty impressed with its cycling infrastructure and land use in the city center.
