Sarah and Matt’s love story began in July 2018 on the Laugavegur Trail—a breathtaking 54km trek from Landmannalaugar to Þórsmörk in Iceland. She was from New York, he was from England, but distance couldn’t keep them apart. Instead, it made their connection even stronger as they worked tirelessly to build their relationship across borders. Exactly four years later, they returned to Iceland, this time surrounded by their closest friends and family, to officially become partners for life in the same magical landscape where their story began. Now living in Scotland and pursuing her passion as a photographer, Sarah captures stories of love much like her own—raw, adventurous, and deeply meaningful.
