Tucker Dupree | From Four Paralympic Medals to Inspiring the Next Generation

In this episode, I'm joined by Tucker Dupree, three-time Paralympian and four-time Paralympic medalist. At 17, Tucker was diagnosed with Leber's Hereditary Optic Neuropathy, a rare condition that caused him to lose nearly 80% of his central vision in both eyes. Rather than stepping away from the sport, he leaned into it — competing at the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Paralympic Games and earning medals on the world's biggest stage. Today, Tucker gives back to the swimming community as a clinician with the Fitter and Faster Swim Tour, bringing his experience and perspective to swimmers and coaches across the country.
