The restoration of the Old Quay in Newlyn included repairs and replacement of the missing or damaged wrought ironwork found around the old harbour. Most of th wrought iron used in this process was created from re-cycled chain from the harbour. Sanny Feye from Pencarn Forge in Canonstown near Hayle carried out this work on behalf of project manager, Nick Howell.
