This video shows the problem encountered in the valve remote control system, where the No. 1 LPG cargo tank discharge valve actuator was unable to open or close the valve. Upon inspection, the actuator was found to be heavily corroded and completely rusted. The condition of the actuator was assessed to be beyond repair and overhaul.
