Hi everyone! Here’s another cake that Filipinos like me all around the world crave for, especially during family gatherings and celebrations. We grew up having this on our table to share with everyone. This is a Goldilocks-inspired recipe and is easy to follow. It is not your typical mocha flavoured cake though where you combine chocolate with coffee. This cake only has coffee in it to provide that rich bittersweet flavour.
