Under a clear sky that even a typhoon had bypassed, I captured a day full of healing where nature and history harmonized. I walked through the endless greenery of Korakuen, one of Japan's top three gardens. It was a wonderful experience to be guided by the vastness of nature, amidst the rice paddies and ponds bearing the traces of feudal lords. Next, I climbed the keep of Okayama Castle, with its magnificent black exterior reminiscent of a crow, and took in the panoramic view! Rather than forcing ourselves to chase after new relationships or connections, I believe that focusing deeply and solely on ourselves ultimately leads to a stronger connection with the world.
