Block 13 Sign Speed Draw

(Minor Flash at 0:56/Reuploaded due to editing error) One of three Speed Draws that were announced in community post. This one is based on something I saw on Pinterest which featured the Block 13 cast arranged in the style of South Park at the end of the intro. I want to make a version of that but make it look more accurate to Block 13's atmosphere.
