ASMR positive affirmations ( + soothing hand movements) ~ improved audio

Hey lovely sleepy people, ( This is the re-upload with improved audio so you can understand me better, thank you for the support on the video so far, I hope you can relax to this💖) I spontaneously decided to film this video today because I was just reminded of why I created this channel and what messages are important to me to put out there. I really hope that these affirmations can help sooth your mind in any way and help you relax and maybe even sleep.
