The use of the SEYİT 8x8 Tactical Wheeled Vehicle, developed by Anadolu Savunma, is becoming more widespread. Anadolu Savunma, a Turkish defense industry company that has been serving public institutions and organizations with the design and production of armored midibuses since 2011, decided to bring its commercial vehicle production and R&D strengths to the defense industry with tactical wheeled military trucks in 2017. Anadolu Savunma, the defense industry brand of Anadolu Isuzu (ASUZU), serves the Turkish Armed Forces with 8x8 tactical wheeled vehicles in its inventory. Anadolu Savunma exhibited the SEYİT 8x8 tactical wheeled model at the IDEF 2023 fair. Preliminary demonstrations of the SEYİT 4x4 and 6x6 tactical wheeled vehicle models, which are in the prototype phase and will be exhibited at future fairs, were also held for the first time. Numerous systems developed by ASELSAN (ASELS) were also displayed on Seyit vehicles at the fair. The SEYİT 8x8 Tactical Wheeled Vehicle was used in the GÜRZ, GÖKDEMİR, SANCAK, and Early Warning Radar System projects at the ASELSAN booth. The new SEYİT 4x4 and 6x6 vehicles, which were previewed at the IDEF 2023 fair, can be configured in various ways, just like the 8x8 vehicles. The vehicles, featuring two different types of cabins: armored and unarmored, are designed to operate in challenging terrain.
