We're in the Non Valley, in the Melinda district, home to the Trentino DOP apple par excellence, to learn more about the eight new varieties added to the existing fruit offering. We get a firsthand look at the harvest at some Melinda members' premises and the processing in the consortium's warehouses. We also discuss the Asian stink bug and the problems this particularly aggressive insect poses to fruit growing.
