Perfect for a quick dinner or to impress guests! 🌿 The most beautiful kitchen utensils that nature has to offer 💖👉 https://kitchen-by-nature.com/ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🥐 For bakers: https://kitchen-by-nature.com/product... 👩🍳 For chefs: https://kitchen-by-nature.com/product... 🍃 Natural cutting board: https://kitchen-by-nature.com/product... 📋 INGREDIENTS: For the chicken breast: • 3 large chicken breast fillets • Salt & pepper to taste • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp paprika powder • 2 eggs • 3 tbsp flour • Vegetable oil (for frying) For the filling: • 100 g (3.5 oz) mozzarella or Gouda, cut into strips • 50 g (1.75 oz) cream cheese • 1 clove of garlic • 1 tbsp chopped parsley • 1 tsp lemon zest For the crispy breading: • 100 g (3.5 oz) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated • 50 g (1.75 oz) panko breadcrumbs • 1 tsp paprika powder • Salt & pepper to taste For the herb and garlic butter: • 50 g (1.75 oz) butter • 1 tsp fresh herbs (thyme) • 1 garlic clove, crushed • ½ tsp lemon juice 👨🍳 Preparation: 1️⃣ Prepare & stuff the chicken: 1. Cut the chicken breasts on the side to create a pocket (do not cut through!). 2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and garlic powder. 3. For the filling: Mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, chopped garlic, parsley and lemon zest well. 4. Spread the filling evenly into the chicken pockets and secure the sides with toothpicks. 2️⃣ Bread & fry until crispy: 1. Mix the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. 2. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs. 3. In a third bowl, prepare the flour. 4. First coat the stuffed chicken breast in flour, then dip it in the **egg and finally roll it in the *Parmesan-Panko mixture*. 5. Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown (approx. 2-3 minutes per side). 6. Then finish cooking in the *oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes*. 3️⃣ Prepare herb and garlic butter: 1. Melt the butter in a small pan. 2. Add chopped garlic and herbs and simmer gently for 1 minute. 3. Stir in lemon juice. 4️⃣ Serve & enjoy: 1. Remove the chicken breast from the oven, remove the toothpicks and pour the herb-garlic butter over it. Tips: For an extra crispy coating, you can bread the chicken breast twice.
