We Turned Delivery Van into a Tiny Home - Start To Finish

We transformed an empty cargo van into our own DIY camper van in this full van build timelapse. From a completely empty van to a cozy home on wheels, every step of the camper van conversion was built by us. And we finally started our Van Life journey across the Europe to test all the build:    • Vanlife Challenge STARTS NOW - Portugal   We started this project with no previous building experience and a small DIY budget, learning everything along the way. In this video you can see the whole van conversion process, including insulation, framing, walls, flooring, and furniture installation. This project wasn’t perfect and we made plenty of mistakes, but step by step the van slowly turned into a comfortable space for van life. The timelapse shows how much work goes into a DIY van build, and hopefully it inspires others who are thinking about building their own camper van.
