龙虾洗净 去头 去掉内脏 对半切开, 去掉肠线, 虾钳用刀背敲碎,和虾肉一起摆放整齐 粉丝提前泡软,用剪刀剪短,整齐地铺在盘底, 2头大蒜,切成碎末 黄油三十克,小火慢慢融化。 加入切碎的大蒜,慢慢炒香。 看到蒜蓉微微发黄就可以了,千万别炒焦。 加少量盐,继续翻炒一会 把蒜蓉均匀地铺在龙虾肉上。 水开上锅,大火蒸八到十分钟。 用筷子试一下,筷子容易穿过龙虾肉就说明龙虾熟了 揭盖的一瞬间,蒜香、黄油香,还有海鲜本身的鲜味,扑面而来 龙虾肉弹嫩多汁,加上黄油的香气,非常美味 粉丝吸满了汤汁,同样鲜嫩可口 这道菜不需要太多技巧,火候到位,食材新鲜,就已经足够好吃。 下次想吃龙虾, 不一定非要去餐厅。自己试试做吧!
