Hello, this is Kate. Today, I'm sharing the story of my resignation. I resigned on November 3rd, and I'm now free(?). Many people asked me why I decided to resign and my plans for the future, especially "how" I made that decision. So, although it might sound a bit boastful and unlucky, I decided to go into detail about how I developed this personality. I felt like a few words wouldn't do it justice... Since it's a long story, if you're pressed for time, I recommend watching it at 1.5x speed... Anyway, after resigning, I feel incredibly relieved, as if I've completed a long-standing task. I think the most comforting part is knowing that I can be by my child's side at all times, no matter what. In a way, I think my decision to resign was due to my ignorant recklessness and weakness. (I gave up because I didn't have the confidence to juggle work and childcare.) So, I decided to quit my job. But I still respect and support working moms who are diligently balancing work and childcare for their families and children. I believe there are no right answers in life. I will live the life I've chosen, so let's support each other and keep going.
