CRAZY weekend furniture flipping - Huge Profit (Garage Sale Flips)! On this episode of Mission Side Hustle, we do some CRAZY weekend furniture flipping and make a ton of money! I start my weekend off by hitting some garage sales on a Friday morning. I do pretty well and get some good buys but then disaster strikes and my GoPro meets its unfortunate demise. That doesn't stop the hustle, the very next day we go out to some more sales and I hit the motherload! These kind of sales are what makes weekend furniture flipping so profitable. I am able to pick up four pieces of rattan style furniture for a total of $80. As soon as I bought the pieces, I knew I wouldn't have a problem flipping them that weekend or within a few days. The profit that I made off of flipping this furniture is really going to help me with some of the hustles I have coming up soon. One thing that has really taken Mission Side Hustle to the next level is having a truck. Before, when I was one the scooter. There was no way that I would be able to get involved with any furniture flipping. But now that I have the ability to transport furniture, it's an absolute game changer! Also, one tip for anyone thinking about getting involved with furniture flipping. Maybe sure you offer delivery for your items that you're selling. It opens up a whole new demographic of customer who otherwise would be interested in buying your furniture. It seems now that the majority of the time I and flipping furniture that the items are being sold with delivery added, which of course I charge extra for. Usually, I'll charge around $50 to deliver locally, but in this video, I actually charge $80 to deliver one of my weekend furniture flips an hour away from my house. Not bad extra cash for the weekend if you ask me! In general, I think furniture flipping is one of my favorite side hustles. Often, I know the furniture isn't going to sit around too long waiting for a buyer. This isn't the first time that I've bought furniture and sold the same piece only a few hours later.
