Sapporo University PurpleRams ~Ordinary University Students Aiming for the Intercollegiate Championship~ #5 "The Rookie Tournament: Vol. 2 - Challenges They Faced" This time, we interviewed the six players who were key members of the team, reflecting on the rookie tournament and focusing on the theme of "Challenges They Faced." ~Why follow Sapporo University? Because...they are ordinary university students~ University life is only four years long. How will they spend it? That's something they can decide for themselves. Among those choices, they chose to play basketball. However, those limited four years are also a time to learn to the fullest and play to the fullest. Within the university, they might be seen as club members, but unlike the top national schools, currently, there are no players from this school who will go on to the top league. That's why we asked them: What does the Intercollegiate Championship mean to ordinary university students...? And what kind of struggles do they face along the way? What kind of goal awaits them at the end of that path?
