Growing giant succulents in my tropical garden - new hardier Aeoniums.

Aeonium's are a fantastic addition to any garden. These giant subtropical succulents originate from Northern Africa and nearby islands such as Madeira and the Canary Islands. Though there are many more tender Aeonium species and hybrids available, there are a select few that have been known to survive winters outdoors in the UK. I recently added several of these hardier Aeoniums to my succulent collection in the hope of being able to successfully enjoy them in my garden year round.
