Find, Fix and Strike is a British Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm (FAA) introductory documentary designed to show recruits what to expect during their training process. It details the mission and problems FAA pilots and observers were expected to face. It then explains how these could be overcome. The challenge of "Finding" the enemy had been paramount since the age of Admiral Nelson. By World War II, difficulties scout aircraft had in "Fixing" the enemy's location would spoil many a potential fleet action. Then, once all these prerequisites were met, there was the challenge of flying over the horizon into the teeth of a well defended battle group.
